Dear users, before using our services please read the following conditions carefully. Every visit to our website, as well as use of the hotel’s services, means that you have read these conditions and that you fully agree with them. Hotel Kerber reserves the right to amend and supplement the conditions without special notice, which is binding on all visitors.
Hotel opening: Hotel Kerber operates throughout the entire year.

If a guest wishes an earlier check-in or a later check-out, this is possible only by prior arrangement with reception and subject to the availability of accommodation units.

Breakfast is included in the price of the stay

Served from 07:30 to 10:00
Children:
Children up to 6 years — free accommodation and breakfast
Children up to 12 years — do not pay the tourist tax
Children from 12 to 18 years — pay half of the tourist tax
The tourist tax is €1.40 per person, per night, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Pets:
Pets are allowed
The surcharge depends on the size of the pet
For small-breed dogs no surcharge is required
For larger pets the surcharge is defined in agreement with the hotel reception
The hotel reserves the right, in accordance with the house rules, to prescribe additional conditions for the stay of pets in order to preserve the comfort and safety of all guests.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed at Hotel Kerber
The ban applies to both conventional and electronic cigarettes
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the enclosed common areas of the hotel
Fitness:
All guests may use the gym at Hotel Kerber free of charge during their stay

The number of parking spaces is limited, so booking in advance is required
Transfer to/from the hotel:
On guests’ request, Hotel Kerber can provide a transfer to/from Podgorica Airport
The service is arranged with prior notice

Reservations:
Dear guests, before using the services of Hotel Kerber please read these terms of stay carefully. Accommodation can be booked in person at the hotel reception, by sending an enquiry to the official e-mail address, by telephone, Viber or WhatsApp, as well as through travel agencies with which the hotel cooperates at the given time. All reservations made by any of the above means are considered valid and are subject to the reservation cancellation policy, unless otherwise agreed in writing with an authorised hotel representative. By using the hotel’s services, the guest confirms that they are familiar with these conditions and fully accept them. Hotel Kerber reserves the right to amend and supplement the terms of stay without prior notice, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Reservation cancellation policy:
The hotel check-in time is from 15:00 on the day of arrival, while the check-out time is until 11:00 on the day of departure. Non-guaranteed reservations will be cancelled automatically at 16:00 on the day of arrival if the guest does not arrive or does not notify the hotel of a delay or changes. In the case of a guaranteed reservation (cash, payment card or bank transfer), the room remains reserved.
Cancellation of reservations for individual guests (up to 10 people)
A reservation can be cancelled free of charge no later than 48 hours (2 days) before the guest’s arrival. In the event of cancellation within less than 48 hours before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation, in accordance with this cancellation policy.
Cancellation of reservations for groups (more than 10 people)
If the number of guests is greater than 10 (ten), a reservation can be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days before the planned arrival. In the event of cancellation within less than 7 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full price of the reservation.
By accepting the reservation confirmation, the guest confirms that they are familiar with this cancellation policy and accept the obligations arising from it.
House rules:
- Rooms are issued exclusively through the hotel reception.
- A room is issued from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.
- Keeping the room after 12:00 is charged as an additional day of stay, unless otherwise agreed with reception.
- Guests are required to keep personal valuables (money, jewellery and valuables) in the room safes or to deposit them at reception. The hotel is not liable for the loss of items that have not been adequately secured.
- The stay of pets is allowed with prior notice, in accordance with the hotel’s rules.
- The use of heaters, hot plates and similar devices that could cause damage or fire is not allowed in the rooms and common areas of the hotel.
- Guests are required to look after the room inventory, fittings and appliances.
- Any damage to the hotel’s inventory or equipment will be charged in full.
- Every visit to the rooms must be reported at the hotel reception, with the obligation to record the visitors’ personal documents.
- Guests are required to behave in a way that does not disturb the peace and stay of other guests.
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, the hotel reserves the right to deny the guest further use of services and to terminate the stay without any obligation to refund.
- Hotel Kerber reserves the right to amend or supplement the house rules in accordance with the applicable regulations.
