All reservations made by any of the above means are considered valid and are subject to the reservation cancellation policy, unless otherwise agreed in writing with an authorised hotel representative. By using the hotel\u2019s services, the guest confirms that they are familiar with these conditions and fully accept them. \u00a0The hotel check-in time is from 15:00<\/strong> on the day of arrival, while the check-out time is until 11:00<\/strong> on the day of departure. Non-guaranteed reservations will be cancelled automatically at 16:00<\/strong> on the day of arrival if the guest does not arrive or does not notify the hotel of a delay or changes. In the case of a guaranteed reservation (cash, payment card or bank transfer), the room remains reserved.<\/span> <\/p>

\u00a0Cancellation of reservations for individual guests (up to 10 people)<\/span> <\/h4>

\u00a0A reservation can be cancelled free of charge no later than 48 hours (2 days)<\/strong> before the guest\u2019s arrival. In the event of cancellation within less than 48 hours before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation<\/strong>, in accordance with this cancellation policy.<\/span> <\/p>

\u00a0Cancellation of reservations for groups (more than 10 people)<\/span> <\/h4>

\u00a0If the number of guests is greater than 10 (ten)<\/strong>, a reservation can be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days before the planned arrival<\/strong>. In the event of cancellation within less than 7 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full price of the reservation<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>

By accepting the reservation confirmation, the guest confirms that they are familiar with this cancellation policy and accept the obligations arising from it.<\/span>
